Glase من EasyCode، ويوفر اقتراحات أسلوب للنظارات. يخضع ترخيص التطبيق إلى اتفاقية ترخيص Apple القياسية، وتطبق شروط Apple على مشتريات App Store. هذه الصفحة تشرح طريقة عمل الخدمة والمشتريات.
استخدام الصور والنتائج
استخدم صورًا لديك الإذن بتقديمها، ولا ترسل صورًا تنتهك خصوصية الآخرين. تُرسل الصورة للتحليل الخارجي بعد موافقتك كما توضّح سياسة الخصوصية. الاقتراحات تقريبية وقد تخطئ؛ تحقق من ملاءمة الإطار الحقيقي. التطبيق لا يقيس النظر أو المسافة بين الحدقتين ولا يقدم توصية طبية أو تجربة افتراضية.
الرصيد
يتوفر تحليل ناجح مجاني واحد لكل حساب Apple مؤهل، ثم حزم استهلاكية 5 أو 15 أو 40 تحليلًا بدفعة واحدة. السعر النهائي يظهر في نافذة Apple. لا يوجد اشتراك أو تجديد تلقائي، ولا تنتهي صلاحية الرصيد المشترى بمرور الوقت. يستهلك التحليل الناجح رصيدًا واحدًا؛ الطلب الفاشل لا يستهلك رصيدًا نهائيًا.
يرتبط الرصيد بحساب Glase الذي تسجّل دخوله مع Apple. ليس الرصيد وسيلة دفع أو تحويل نقدي، ولا يُنقل لحساب آخر داخل التطبيق. قد يغيّر استرداد Apple أو إلغاء المعاملة الرصيد المتاح؛ إذا استُخدم رصيد عملية مستردة، قد تتطلب تحليلات أخرى تسوية النقص.
الحذف والاسترداد والدعم
تؤدي موافقتك على حذف الحساب إلى إزالة الرصيد والنتائج، ولا تنشئ طلب استرداد تلقائيًا. تطلب استرداد مشتريات Apple من Apple، وتقرر Apple أهليته وفق شروطها. لا تقلل هذه المعلومات حقوق المستهلك المقررة نظامًا.
يتطلب التحليل اتصالًا بالخدمة. قد تتوقف الخدمة مؤقتًا للصيانة أو عند تعذر المعالجة؛ إذا واجهت مشكلة في الرصيد، راجع الدعم أو راسل info@easycode.co.
Service and purchase information

Glase is provided by EasyCode and offers eyewear styling suggestions. The app license uses Apple's standard EULA, and Apple's terms apply to App Store purchases. This page explains the service and credit packs.
Photos and results
Submit only photos you have permission to use and respect other people's privacy. Photos are sent for external analysis after your consent, as described in our privacy policy. Suggestions are approximate and may be wrong. Check actual frame fit in person. Glase does not measure vision or pupillary distance or provide medical advice or virtual try-on.
Credits
An eligible Apple account receives one successful free analysis. Consumable packs provide 5, 15, or 40 analyses for one payment at the price shown by Apple. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits do not expire with time. One successful analysis uses one credit; a failed request does not permanently use a credit.
Credits belong to the Glase account used with Sign in with Apple. They are not a payment instrument or cash transfer and cannot be moved between accounts in the app. Apple refunds or transaction revocation can adjust your available balance. If refunded credits have already been used, further analysis may require covering the shortfall.
Deletion, refunds, and support
Confirming account deletion removes the remaining balance and results and does not automatically request a refund. Submit Apple purchase refund requests to Apple, which determines eligibility under its terms. This information does not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.
Analysis needs a connection to the service. Maintenance or processing failures may temporarily interrupt it. For credit issues, see support or email info@easycode.co.
