الصورة والموافقة
تختار الصورة من مكتبتك أو الكاميرا. يُفحص وجود الوجه على الجهاز، وتُعاد تهيئة الصورة مع إزالة بيانات EXIF والموقع وتقليل أبعادها قبل الإرسال. لا يبدأ إرسالها للتحليل حتى تفعّل موافقة معالجة الصورة. يمكنك الرجوع دون الإرسال.
تنتقل الصورة وطلب الأسلوب إلى خادم Glase عبر اتصال مشفّر، ثم إلى معالج الذكاء الاصطناعي الخارجي لإنتاج اقتراحات النظارات. لا نخزّن الصورة في قاعدة بيانات Glase أو سجلات التطبيق، ولا نستخدمها للتعرف على الهوية أو لإنشاء قالب وجه. تختار الستايل بنفسك؛ لا نستنتج جنسك من الصورة.
معالج التحليل الخارجي هو Anthropic، باستخدام واجهة API التجارية. تصف سياسته للاحتفاظ حذف المدخلات والمخرجات عادة خلال 30 يومًا، مع استثناءات للأمان وإنفاذ السياسات والالتزامات القانونية، قد تتطلب مددًا أطول. لا ندّعي تفعيل اتفاق احتفاظ صفري. لا نرسل له اسمك أو بريدك أو معرّف Apple أو بيانات مشترياتك.
الحساب والنتائج
نستخدم تسجيل Apple الأصلي دون طلب الاسم أو البريد. يحتفظ الخادم بمعرّف مستعار مشتق من هوية Apple، ومعرّف حساب لربط الرصيد والمشتريات، وبيانات الجلسة. تُحفظ بصمة رمز الجلسة على الخادم، ويُحفظ رمز تفويض Apple مشفرًا حتى نتمكن من إلغائه عند حذف الحساب.
يُحفظ نص نتيجة التحليل واللغة والستايل مع الحساب والطلب لاسترجاع النتيجة إذا انقطع الاتصال. يُزال نص النتيجة من مخزن الطلبات بعد نحو 24 ساعة بالتنظيف الدوري؛ تبقى بيانات الطلب وبصمته لمنع التكرار. النتائج التي تختار حفظها على الجهاز تكون نصية دون الصورة، ويمكن حذفها من التطبيق.
المشتريات والسجلات المحدودة
تدير Apple الدفع؛ لا نتلقى رقم البطاقة أو بيانات البنك. نحفظ معرّف المعاملة والمنتج والرصيد وحالة الاسترداد وسجلات التحقق والإشعارات لمنح الرصيد ومنع تكرار الشراء وتسوية الاستردادات. تُفصل سجلات الاختبار عن سجلات الإنتاج.
حذف الحساب يزيل الجلسات والنتائج وتفويض Apple والرصيد. تبقى سجلات معاملات ومنع تكرار محدودة بمعرّفات مستعارة للتحقق من المشتريات والاستردادات ومنع إعادة المطالبة بالمجاني أو المعاملة نفسها؛ ليس لهذه السجلات حذف تلقائي بمدة ثابتة في الإصدار الحالي. تواصل معنا لطلب مراجعة ما يمكن حذفه مع الحفاظ على سجلات الدفع والأمان اللازمة.
الاستضافة والسجلات
تستضاف الخدمة لدى AWS في الولايات المتحدة. قد تعالج الخدمة الخارجية البيانات في دول أخرى وفق بنيتها؛ استخدام التحليل يتضمن نقل الصورة خارج المملكة. بيانات قاعدة الخدمة مشفرة على قرص الاستضافة. لا تسجل الخدمة الصور أو رموز الدخول أو محتوى الطلبات في سجلاتها التشغيلية. يستخدم عنوان IP مؤقتًا في الذاكرة للحد من الطلبات المسيئة؛ قد تعالج البنية المستضيفة بيانات اتصال لازمة للأمان والتشغيل.
لا توجد إعلانات أو أدوات تتبع إعلاني أو بيع للصور والبيانات في Glase. يُستخدم المحتوى لتشغيل التحليل وتخصيص الاقتراحات، وتستخدم الهوية والمشتريات لتشغيل الحساب والرصيد والأمان.
اختياراتك والتواصل
يمكنك رفض إرسال الصورة، أو حذف النتائج المحلية، أو حذف الحساب من الإعدادات. يمكن سحب إذن الكاميرا من إعدادات iOS. لإرسال طلب وصول أو تصحيح أو حذف أو استفسار عن المعالجة الخارجية، راسل البريد أعلاه دون إرسال صورة أو كلمات مرور؛ قد نطلب التحقق من ملكية الحساب. حذف Glase لا يحذف سجلات Apple أو المعالج فورًا؛ تطبق سياساتهما ومدد الاحتفاظ الخاصة بهما.

Your photo and permission
You choose a photo from the system library or camera. Face-presence checks run on your device. The image is resized and re-encoded to remove EXIF and location metadata before upload. Analysis upload starts only after you enable the photo-processing consent toggle. You can leave without submitting.
The photo and styling request travel over encrypted connections to Glase's server and then an external AI processor to generate eyewear suggestions. We do not store the photo in Glase's database or application logs, identify you from it, or create a facial identity template. You choose the styling preference; gender is not inferred from your photo.
The external processor is Anthropic's commercial API. Its retention policy describes deleting inputs and outputs normally within 30 days, with longer exceptions for safety, policy enforcement, or legal obligations. We do not claim a zero-data-retention agreement. We do not send it your name, email, Apple identifier, or purchase records.
Account and results
We use native Sign in with Apple without requesting your name or email. Our server keeps a pseudonymous identifier derived from your Apple identity, an account identifier to connect credits and purchases, and session records. Session tokens are stored as hashes on the server. The Apple authorization token is stored encrypted so we can revoke access when you delete your account.
The text result, language, and styling preference are associated with your account and request to recover completed results after a connection failure. Result text is removed from the request store after approximately 24 hours by periodic cleanup; request metadata and a fingerprint remain to prevent duplicates. Results you choose to save on your device contain text only and can be deleted in the app.
Purchases and limited records
Apple handles payment. We do not receive card or bank details. We keep transaction identifiers, products, balances, refund state, verification records, and notifications to grant credits, prevent duplicate claims, and reconcile refunds. Test and production ledgers are separate.
Account deletion removes sessions, results, Apple authorization, and remaining credits. Limited pseudonymous transaction and replay-prevention records remain to validate purchases and refunds and prevent repeated claims for free analyses or the same transaction. The current version does not automatically purge these records after a fixed period. Contact us to review what can be removed while preserving necessary payment and security records.
Hosting and operational information
Glase is hosted on AWS in the United States. The external processor may handle data in other countries according to its infrastructure; photo analysis involves transferring data outside Saudi Arabia. Database storage is encrypted on the hosting disk. Application logs do not contain photos, authorization tokens, or request contents. An IP address is used temporarily in memory to limit abusive requests. The hosting infrastructure may process connection information needed for security and operation.
Glase has no ads, advertising tracking tools, or sale of photos and data. Content is used to provide and personalize the analysis. Account and purchase information is used for account functionality, credits, and security.
Your choices and requests
You can decline photo submission, delete saved results, and delete your account in Settings. Camera permission can be withdrawn in iOS Settings. For access, correction, deletion, or external-processing questions, contact the email above without sending a face photo or password. We may verify account ownership. Deleting Glase does not instantly erase Apple's or the external processor's records; their policies and retention periods apply.
